Are your technicians W2 employees or 1099 contractors?
    -Our technicians are a mixture of W2 and 1099 contractors

How do we place service request?
    -Each client is assigned logins to our client portal where they can place tickets. They may also directly email our support inbox or call our support phone number.

Can we assign a technician to a specific site that goes there by default?
    -YES! If they are not available we will have several backup technicians that can go on-site or we can wait till your primary technician is available.

Can your technicians represent our brand, and not wear any other logos?
